Get ready to cook!! With hands on help from our leaders our chefs will create different breakfast, lunch and dinner items. We will learn about kitchen safety and have a friendly competition for the best dish. During our time together we will focus on identifying our worries and learn strategies to manage them both at home and in social situations.
