Theatre School Programming – Legal Notice & Policies

By registering for Theatre School programming with StoryBook Theatre, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All Theatre School programming is non-refundable. Once a program has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

StoryBook Theatre will make all reasonable efforts to deliver Theatre School programming as scheduled and in the format advertised. Programming is subject to federal, provincial, and municipal regulations related to public gatherings and safety.

If a Theatre School program is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of StoryBook Theatre, including but not limited to weather or public health restrictions, no refund or exchange will be offered.

If a Theatre School program is cancelled at the discretion of StoryBook Theatre for reasons within our control, registrants may be offered, at StoryBook Theatre’s discretion, a transfer, credit toward future Theatre School programming, a donation receipt for the equivalent value (if applicable), or a refund.

Theatre School program exchanges may be requested up to 30 days prior to the first day of the program and are subject to a $50 service fee. No exchanges will be permitted within 30 days of the program start date.

If the original registration included an early-bird or promotional discount that is no longer valid, the difference in tuition must be paid at the time of exchange.

Missed classes, late arrivals, early withdrawals, or partial attendance do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.

Credits may be applied to eligible in-person Theatre School programming as offered by StoryBook Theatre. Gift Certificates are subject to the terms printed on the certificate.

Completion of registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
