Private Lesson Attendance & Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unexpected events can disrupt our scheduled programming. Please check out our attendance policy for private lessons.

Cancellations by Students:

• Advance Notice: If you need to cancel a lesson, please do so at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled time. This allows us to issue you one make-up lesson credit.
• Make-Up Credits: Each student is entitled to one make-up lesson credit which can be redeemed during the designated make-up week.
• Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 6 hours before the lesson time, or if a student fails to provide notice, will result in the forfeiture of the lesson without credit.

Cancellations by Teachers:

• Should your teacher need to cancel a lesson, you will automatically receive a make-up lesson credit, to be used during the designated make-up week.

Punctuality:

• Please arrive on time for your lessons. Teachers are unable to extend lesson times for late arrivals, and the lesson will end at the scheduled time regardless of the start time.
