Our Liability Insurance Information:

Maui Tumblers is insured through K&K Insurance Company. This coverage is provided for activities involving participants of all ages. Due to the active nature of our programs, you understand and are in agreement that accidental injury may occur during participation in any class activity. This coverage pays the medical expenses actually incurred by a participant when an accidental injury occurs by a student while participating in covered class activities. Maui Tumblers is not responsible for accidental injury caused by uncovered class activities and/or injury incurred outside of class. This coverage is excess coverage and begins after the exhaustion of all other coverages for which the participant is eligible.

Payment Policy:

Maui Tumblers accepts cash, echecks, personal/business checks, money orders, debit cards, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Echecks, and credit card payments can be paid online at www.mauitumblers.com. Please make all checks payable to Maui Tumblers. Please write the child's name and program he/she attends on the check. Payments can be made in person or mailed to: Maui Tumblers P.O. Box 2195 Kihei, HI. 96753.
Payments must be received before the start of each month/quarter/trimester (depending on specific school). There is a $5.00 late fee for every week payment is not received, and your child will not be able to participate in class. After two late fee notices, your child will lose their place in class. Payment, including late fees, must be rendered for the classes held for your child.
Minimum payment is per month/quarter/trimester (depending on specific school).
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
If a child will be absent from class for an extended period of time (travel, illness, etc.), we cannot hold their place in class unless these classes are paid for.

Refund/Credit Policy:

Sorry, we do not give class credits, or refunds for past classes, for any reason regardless of child attendance (i.e. missed classes due to illness, vacation, forgetting, etc.).
A class credit will be offered if Maui Tumblers has to cancel class due to coaches illness, predicted rain (if classes are held outside and no alternative is available), or other events in our control. We will try our best to reschedule the class or fit your child in another class first. We will work hard to not let class cancellations happen.
Class credits will not be given for events out of our control: school closures due to natural disasters, unpredicted weather changes, accidents in route to destination (the Pali closes due to fire or car accident). This list is not all inclusive.
A refund will be given for the remainder of any session (classes not yet taken) with a 48 hour notice of cancellation. There is a $20.00 fee for discontinuation without giving proper notice.
Maui Tumblers has the right to discontinue a student for the following reasons (a refund will be given for the remainder of the session):
1. If Maui Tumblers feels that a child is not ready for gymnastics.
2. If continual disciplinary action is needed that takes significant time away from class.
3. If safety rules are violated on more than one occasion.

Discontinuation Policy

Once your child has a spot in gymnastics, he/she is automatically enrolled every month/quarter/trimester for that school year until written or verbal notice of discontinuation is received. If proper notice is not received all payments for classes held for your child, regardless of attendance, and late fees are applied as stated in above refund/credit policy.
