This intensive course is designed for students with confirmed Swedish reading and writing skills who are aiming for university studies in Sweden. From December to May, we prepare the Tisus test, that takes place on May 5 2026, through targeted work with writing, advanced reading comprehension, and Tisus test preparation.

Students will be introduced to academic genres and vocabulary, practice analyzing non-fiction and argumentative texts, and strengthen their writing with regular feedback. The course includes mock Tisus exams and is tailored to meet the language demands of Swedish higher education. Ideal for students ready to take their Swedish to the next level.

The registration for the Tisus test is not included in the course, and not done by the school. This has to be done by the students and their families. Information about how and when to register for Tisus, can be found on the SSCC website under the Children & Youth programs.

Notes : All course materials are tailored specifically for Tisus preparation. Test practice, reading comprehension texts, and all other resources are provided directly by the teacher.

Prérequis : The Tisus preparation course requires a high level of Swedish skills. If the student needs more basic practice, we recommend the year long course Teens 16-18.
