This session we will use the chair to show our balance, strength, and still get our sexy on! Our focus will be to blend acro balance, floorwork, and chair dance techniques, in this all-levels class. This class we will break down the mechanics and foundational skills of Hand, Shoulder, & Hip Balances on the chair, and work into foundations for Shoulder Rolls & Shoulder Stalls on the floor. Utilizing concepts of physics and anatomy, the teacher will provide tips and tricks for all body types and skill levels.
