Description :

A menopause support circle for Maidens, Mothers and Crones.

This arts-based wellness group offers an opportunity for women who are on their menopause journey to connect and share collective wisdom and struggles. We'll go beyond the typical topics of hot flashes and mood swings and take a look at all the changes we experience. This is more of a support group than a class, offering women a place to bond with other women and celebrate who they are. Each week we will create art together to honor the journey we are on together. You are welcome here whether your are a maiden or mother just starting perimenopause or a woman now embracing her new identity as a wise crone.

No class on July 28.
