Description :

If you’re stuck using your camera for snapshots and selfies and want to produce more artistic and impressive images, this class is for you! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn important principles of composition and how to apply them to your photography. You’ll also learn how to edit and improve your images using simple in-camera tools. As you become familiar with each composition principle and simple in-camera editing, you’ll see how you can create photos you’ll love, be excited to share and even exhibit. 

*Note: Attendees can sign up for both of Diane's iPhone photography workshops or register for a single workshop.*

About the Instructor: Diane Cashion is an award-winning photographer and experienced teacher. For many years she photographed wide-ranging subjects with her Nikon DSLR and SONY mirrorless cameras exclusively. She is now using her iPhone camera to capture prize-winning images. In addition to leading classes at the ArtsCenter, Diane teaches workshops for the Chapel Hill Camera Club and the Briar Chapel community at large. Diane looks forward to sharing her iPhone camera knowledge with both children and adults at the ArtsCenter and fostering creative expression through photography.
