Description :

This class is all about learning to crochet, from the very basics of materials all the way to a finished crochet item (such as a bracelet or potholder). This class is designed to be fun and enriching, with no prior experience needed. Each student will be given a beginner kit of fun supplies, including a skein of yarn. This class is a great opportunity for all ages 7 and up, and would be a great family activity! All supplies provided.

About the Instructor: Laurie has been a Paramedic for 20 years and teaching Paramedic students for 3 years. She has also been teaching American Heart Association courses for 20 years, and has been making stained glass pieces approximately 12 years. Laurie has been crocheting for as long as being a Paramedic - 20 years. Out of a love of crafts making, and needing to leave active ambulance work, Laurie created a stained glass and crafts making business in 2021. Her studio is presently at her residence in the garage! She has a spouse, two bunnies, and a lizard - all of whom are her inspiration and support for cultivating her artistic side. http://karas-glass-art-crafts.myshopify.com.
