Description :

This class is focused on you and your little yogi! This class offers postnatal parents a chance to resume physical activity and connect with their
community. Parents & babies will have a chance to bond and giggle while stretching and strengthening through gentle hatha yoga poses.

Pre-walking babies 4 weeks and up are welcome. Please feel free to arrive when you can, leave when you have to, and take care of you and your baby's needs throughout the class.

Instructor Bio:

Sasha Solacito discovered yoga at the age of 19 and immediately fell in love with the combination of mindfulness, movement and embodiment. She took her practice with her as she travelled and has learned from teachers from multiple backgrounds and disciplines. She completed her YTT 200 training at YYoga in Vancouver in 2014 with
Anila Lacroix and Coco Finaldi. She has continued to learn and grow her practice as she has travelled and lived abroad, taking workshops in Mexico and China.


In 2016 Sasha founded SUP Yoga Vallarta and was able to combine two of her passions: yoga and the ocean. She taught stand-up paddleboard yoga for 3 years in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and hosted retreats, events and private group classes through
her company. In 2018 Sasha was hired as the in-house yoga teacher at Xinalani Retreats in Quimixto, Mexico and led the daily vinyasa and yin classes as well as private SUP yoga and meditation. Sasha has recently added to her yoga experience and knowledge base, by completing a 100-hour prenatal and postpartum yoga training.
Sasha is also a DONA International postpartum doula and uses this background to enhance her perinatal classes further.


Sasha will guide you through baby and me yoga! Her background as a postpartum doula brings a layer of support, nurturing and compassion to her classes. Expect Sasha’s classes to be playful, thoughtful, empowering and fun for both you and your baby.
