All of our programs are subject to having 3 participants registered to be able to run the program. We will notify any registrants if the minimum capacity is not reached and offer credit or the option to join another program.

Drop-in Class Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all of our drop-in classes. If you cancel within the 24 hours of the start of a class, there is no refund.

Session Cancellation Policy:

We have a 14 day cancellation policy for any of our programs that are booked as a session for the term. If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date of a session, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to the start of a session, there is no refund.
