We will call and follow up after a camp registration has been made to ensure suitability for the selected camp. We reserve the right to modify registrations based on suitability in the program. 

If you are using AFU, please submit an RTP prior to camp starting. We are happy to assist with this process. If you are paying privately, we kindly ask for camp to be paid 2 weeks prior to starting. We are also requesting that all families have a credit card on file.

Camp Cancellation Policy:

We have a 14 day cancellation policy for all of our camps. If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date of camp, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to the start of camp, there is no refund.
