Description :
Guided breathwork, movement, and an immersive cold plunge. Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience at the Dillon Amphitheater, featuring live music, guided breathwork, movement, and an immersive cold plunge; all guided by Certified Wim Hof Method Instructors from across Colorado and the US. Set against the expansive beauty of the Rockies and the shimmering waters of Dillon Reservoir, this gathering invites you to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the natural world around you. Do I need experience with the Wim Hof Method or cold plunging? What should I bring? What can I expect during the event? Do I have to do the cold plunge? Is this safe? What are the benefits of this practice? What should I eat before attending? Will there be changing areas? Can I come alone?
Maybe you’ve heard of the “Ice Man,” the Wim Hof Method, or maybe this is entirely new. The Wim Hof Method brings together communities to breathe, plunge, and cultivate a healthy, strong, and joyful mindset. Backed by science, and experienced in your first breath, the Wim Hof Method is great for lowering inflammation, improving sleep quality, lowering stress and anxiety, and feeling more vitality, energy, motivation, and connection. Join this safe and supported environment to explore themes of the Wim Hof Method, such as finding comfort in discomfort, connection to nature, and exploring the body’s natural intelligence and healing.
Safety Note: The Wim Hof Method is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or have epilepsy. Those with cardiovascular conditions or other serious medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional before participating. Always listen to your body and engage at your own pace.Event FAQ
