Join our adult Tai Chi classes and experience gentle movement that helps improve balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Tai Chi is a low impact practice taht combines slow, flowing movements with mindful breathing, making it perfect for beginners and all fitness levels. Come move, stretch, and unwind in a supportinve and welcoming environment!
