Description :

This class aims at introducing intermediate skills (up to and including walkovers, chin up pull over, and front handspring on stacked mats) on all four women’s artistic gymnastics apparatus. It includes a warm-up, stretching/flexibility, and general strengthening exercises.

In addition to athletic development, this program provides an amazing opportunity for social and personal development, including fostering new friendships.
