Description :
Xcel is a hybrid combination of recreational training hours while still providing access to the fun and comaradery of competitive gymnastics. Every athlete will have the opportunity to train and have shows in each of the four Women's artistic events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. The goal of Xcel is to offer gymnasts of different capabilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a positive and rewarding gymnastics experience.
Admission to the Xcel program is through a tryout (coach recommandation) and skill assessment. process in the gym.
