Description :

Athletes in this class will be learning Acrobatics gymnastics. A type of gymnastics which incorporates tumbling, flexibility, balance and team work which are all assembled together with the execution of dance. They will learn the fundamentals such as holds, leaps, turns, walkovers and more with the use of air tracks, tumble tracks, floor, pegs and more to enhance their abilities. At the higher levels, they will be building strength, flexibility and proper techniques with focus on partner work in order to do partner lifts.
