Description :
As the last step in our Recreational Program, TRYumph Gymnastics Academy’s Advanced Recreational Program offers developing gymnasts the perfect challenge.
The class aims at introducing intermediate (up to including walkovers) & advanced skills (handsprings and saltos) on all four women’s artistic gymnastics apparatus. It includes a warm-up, stretching/flexibility and general strengthening exercises.
