1. All Fencing programs require INDOOR sports shoes to be worn. No outdoor shoes are permitted in the facility. 
2. We do not offer make-ups, credits, or refunds for missed classes. Your registration fee pays for the entire session, regardless of attendance.

Refunds are only given up to one week prior to the start of the session (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer) and will incur a $65.00 administration fee.

Refunds for program withdrawals are only permitted for medical reasons with a note from the doctor and will be applied from the time the note is presented to, and approved by, the Owner.

3. In the unforeseen event that we cancel a class, whenever possible we will try to make up that class. If the class is cancelled due to a storm, power outage, natural disaster, or pandemic, a credit on account will be given for any days/weeks missed.
4. Classes may be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled, based on registration numbers, at the sole discretion of the Program Director.

Viewing

As our viewing area is small, we will schedule 2 viewing times/session. This way parents could see the progress of their child without being crowded. An email with the schedule will be sent by the end of the first week of the session. Please be kind and refrain from making negative comments in the viewing area. If you have anything to say please talk to our front desk staff.
