*Must be a competitive gymnast currenlty competing in level 3 or higher or Xcel SIlver or higher. This competitve gymnastics summer camp focuses on training new skills and preparing for the upcoming competitive season. Coaching staff from Vail Gymnastics as well as visiting coaches help local and visiting gymnasts build their skills and have fun at the same time!

We will welcome coach Fernie Urbina from Texas Elite Gymnastics as our guest coach. 

This co-ed class teaches basic trampoline and tumbling skills. Girls and boys will utilize the trampoline, foam pit and floor exercise to learn beginner skills and positions necessary to flip, jump and tumble safely. 

This is a Level 1 and 2 combined class for boys and girls. 

This class requires an invitation from an instructor. This is a developmental program serving as a stepping stone from our recreational program to the competitive, USAG Developmental Team Program. It is designed for the serious gymnast with the desire to be a competitive gymnast someday. This is where the gymnast will experience a more structured, more detailed approach to our instruction. The Pre-Team Developmental Program is both challenging and satisfying!

Level 6+ will practice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 - 6:30PM and Wednesdays from 2:30 - 5:30PM. There is no practice during competitive team camp weeks.

Level 4 and 5 will train on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 - 6:30 PM. There is no practice during competitive team camp weeks.

This level is designed to prepare the gymnast for the upcoming level 3 competitive season. Level 3 will train on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 -  5:30 PM. There is no practice during compettive team camp weeks. There are 16 practices included in this tution. June 19 - August 17. 

*Optional - Week of July 3rd  – M, W & Th from 9AM – 1PM
