Microgreens can be grown at home year-round! Learn the difference between microgreens, sprouts, and baby greens - and the required growing conditions for them.   

In this online class, you will gain an understanding of the systems and products that you need to grow microgreens at home. Dr. Yael Stav will demonstrate the steps to prepare your own microgreens tray and will provide you with the knowledge and resources to start your own.   

Buy your own microgreens kit from VanDusen ($ 9.00+ taxes) and complement this class with hands-on learning. Instructions will be shared with participants on when you can pick up your kit at the Visitor Centre in the Yosef Wosk Library & Resource Centre. Available only for participants registered by Friday, June 25, 4:00 pm PST.

This course will take place online, and recordings will be available for a limited time to participants. Pre-registration required.
