Calm the mind and experience the health benefits of Forest Bathing – a restorative and mindful practice inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku. Connect to the self, your senses, and nature in this audio-guided Forest Therapy Walk with Ken Ouendag. Whether from your backyard, a park, or VanDusen Botanical Garden (admission sold separately), you can enjoy the benefits of this guided meditative and gentle walk by calling in from anywhere.

Course will not be recorded. Only a phone is required for this course, no internet needed.
