Are you tired of facing setbacks in your vegetable garden? Eager to cultivate your own produce but unsure where to begin? Join us for an enlightening session on the fundamentals of vegetable cultivation and how to overcome common challenges. This discussion is perfect for beginners and will provide essential guidance and a detailed exploration of typical issues. Elizabeth will equip you with the tools to enhance your success and the knowledge to address any hitches along the way. 

This session will take place online and will be recorded. Registered participants will have access to recordings for a limited time. Pre-registration required.   

Instructor’s Bio 
Elizabeth Hudgins, a seasoned plant pathologist, has served as a plant disease diagnostician at Oklahoma State University and the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food for numerous years. With a BSc from the University of Toronto and an MS in plant pathology from Michigan State University, her research has centred on a soil fungal disease affecting celery. Since 2016, she has been an instructor for the Vancouver Master Gardener Program, where she takes pleasure in imparting her expertise on plant problems and the art and science of diagnosis. sickplants.ca

Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given for education courses. A credit will be applied to your account for cancellations with one week's notice. With less than a week's notice, no credit will be given. No new credit will be issued if the cancelled course was purchased using prior credit. Program cancellation by the VBGA due to Public Health Restrictions will result in education program credit equivalent to the value lost. Credits must be used within one year from the date issued. Please notify us of your cancellation in writing to learn@vandusen.org
