Maximum capacity of the Studio is 20 people.

Monday - Thursday (after 6pm-10pm) $45/hr.
Friday (after 6pm-11:45pm) - Saturday $60/hr.
Max. End Time: 11:45pm on Friday and Saturday, exit by 12:00am

No Sunday Rentals

The Dance Studio is a small, private room locate in the lower level of VCA. This space is ideal for activities, dance classes, meetings, gatherings and small events for groups up to 20 people. The feature of this room is the full-length mirrors along the exterior wall.  No tables or chairs are available for this space.

Times and cancellation policy for online bookings

• Studio bookings start 4 wks in advance and may be booked up to 12 months ahead of your date (for rentals in less than 4 wks or more than 12 months out please use the booking request form.
• Minimum Booking time is 2 hrs (this will be the booking fee for cancellation).
• Bookings made online cannot be re-scheduled, only cancelled and re-booked (the booking fee will not be charged for re-booking, only cancellations). Written notice of 4 wks/28 days is required for cancellation email to VCA
• Cancelled bookings that are not re-booked will forfeit the booking fee (minimum 2 hours rental deducted from the damage deposit) and require written notice email to VCA
• A fully refundable damage deposit of $100 is applied at checkout. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the rental date.

Rental Requirements

Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the Dance Studio.The renter is responsible for general tidying of the studio. If additional cleaning is required, the charge will be $80 per hour. No other items, amenities, or services are included.
