Description :
Flavorful Wellness
This program teaches participants how to grocery shop and prepare healthy meals on a budget. Each session, we will visit the grocery store to shop for nutritious ingredients and learn how to read food labels, helping to build a foundation for healthier eating habits. After shopping, we will head to the kitchen to prepare a healthy, well-balanced meal. The program will be led by a certified nutrition coach.
