If you are new to the adapt-ability program, please contact Carly Kaplan to schedule an intake prior to registering: ckaplan@westfieldynj.org. Any participants that are interested in the adapt-ability program must first contact Carly to register. 

Led by a YMCA instructor and inclusion assistants, this low-impact fitness class ensures that everyone can participate at their own pace in a comfortable and supportive group setting.
