Welcome to the Weyburn Gymnastics Club 2024-25 Registration

Registration Instructions:

1. Click on your desired program. 

2. Click on your desired day and time (or skip to step 4 by clicking on the "+" found to the right) 

3. Click on the "register" button found to the right. 

4. If you have a WGC Amilia account, you will be prompted to log in if you have not already done so. If you do not have a WGC Amilia account, you will be prompted to create a new one. 

5. Your activity will be added to your cart which will appear in green/black the top right hand corner of your screen. You have 20 minutes to complete your transaction. 

Forms of Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and Direct Debit (Just enter your banking information that can be found on a cheque!).  We will accept offline payments for rec classes, however payment must be received within 48 hours of registration to hold your child's spot.

Refund policy - No refunds are granted after the first class except in case of a medical issue accompanied by a doctor's note.  If extenuating circumstances exist that are not medical in nature, the parent or guardian may write a letter to the WGC Board to review the athletes's situation.  The WGC Board reserves the right to grant pro-rated refunds and to retain a $10 administration fee.   Fundraising and admin fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

COVID 19 - Please note COVID 19 is specifically excluded from our medical refund policy.  If your child must miss classes due to COVID 19 isolating requirements, there will be no refund and no makeup classes available.  In the event that classes must be cancelled by the club due to Covid 19 requirements, a credit will be placed on your account for those cancelled classes for the amount of the variable costs included in your registration.
