This class helps students develop an understanding of the fundamental drawing concepts of human anatomy, proportion, and construction.

Through step-by-step demonstrations and drawing exercises using photos, we’ll learn how to draw human figures. We first cover the proportions of the human body, then move on to specific topics, like drawing hands, and clothing.

Notes : Students should have the following supplies of their own to bring to each class: • Drawing pad or sketchbook, preferably 9 x 12 inches or larger • Pencil, eraser, and sharpener WITHDRAWAL POLICY: • The last day to withdraw and receive a full refund for the class is 7 days before the class start date. • The registration fee is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 1-7 days before the class start date, you will receive a 75% refund. After the class has already started, you have a maximum of 14 days to withdraw and receive a 50% refund. No refunds are granted after this 14-day period. If you paid upfront, the 50% refund will be issued to you. If you paid by installments, the second installment will simply be cancelled instead of being charged on the 14th day. • No refunds or make-up classes are granted for missed classes, except in special cases according to our sick day policy (see policy page on our website).
