Competitive Archery Training Program – All Equipment Categories

This program is designed for athletes eager to develop and refine their competitive archery skills in preparation for upcoming competitions. Open to all equipment categories, including recurve, compound, and barebow, participants will receive targeted training to build strength, technique, and consistency necessary for success at regional, national, and international levels.

The training will focus on:

• Equipment Handling: Proper setup, maintenance, and tuning of your chosen archery equipment.
• Technique Mastery: Developing and improving shot execution, form, and focus for precision and consistency.
• Competition Preparation: Strategies for managing nerves, understanding competition rules, and preparing for travel with the team.
• Fitness & Mental Conditioning: Building physical endurance, strength, and mental resilience for high-performance shooting.

Whether you’re aiming to represent the team at upcoming competitions or simply sharpen your skills, this program will equip you with the tools and knowledge to excel. Participants will have opportunities to travel with the team to various competitions, gaining invaluable experience in competitive settings.

Prérequis : Must have obtained Indoor Badge 10 in corresponding bow type. Coach will recommend athletes to train in the competitive level depending on individual progression. Participants must have their own equipment.
