Description:

Summer League Prep is a program designed to prepare summer league swimmers for their upcoming season.  Stroke fundamentals for all the competitive strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle) will be taught.  Starts and turns will be taught as well.  Former competitive swimmers will be leading this program.

The 7:30-8 pm time slot will be geared to swimmers ages 10-14.

Available spots: 10 out of 10

Price: $120.00 - $171.43 Taxes waived

Required age: 10 - 14 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Please send your athletes ready to swim in a well fitted swimsuit, goggles and a swim cap (if long hair)

Prerequisites: The ability to independently move 25 yards.
