Kids Make Theatre Terms & Policies

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel up to 14 days before the class start date for a full refund minus a $3 service fee.
Cancel up to 7 days before the class start date for a 50% refund minus a $3 service fee.
Cancel up to 3 days before the class start date for a 50% credit onto your account minus a $3 service fee.
No refunds or credits for cancellations less than 3 days before the start date or once a program has started, including no-shows.
If Kids Make Theatre cancels a class due to weather or health concerns, families will be notified via their primary email.
If more than one session or a full day of a program is canceled, credit will be provided for the affected sessions.
Sharings and performances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Attendance Policy

If your student will be absent, notify us before class at hellokmt@libertyastoria.org or 503-325-5922 x31. Unexcused absences require in-person confirmation from an adult before future attendance.

Health & Safety

We are a nut-free environment. Please avoid strong scents or scented products.
Students should wear comfortable clothes for movement and clean, sneaker-like shoes (changing on-site is allowed). Layers are recommended due to varying building temperatures.

Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement

By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation in Kids Make Theatre programs involves inherent risks and that Kids Make Theatre, Liberty Theatre Astoria, and their affiliates are not responsible for injuries or lost items.

You also agree to:

Abide by all KMT rules and policies

Accept the media release terms, unless you opt out by contacting hellokmt@libertyastoria.org before the program starts. Understand that KMT can not agree to no media for certain programs including but not limited to sharings, shareformances and performances due to the challenges of full group documentation.
Drop off and pickup your student/s on time.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the full Liability Waiver as part of this registration process.
