Week 7: Ocean Navigators
Dates: August 11th - August 15th
Take to the seas with us! Explore life on the open sea as we learn how sailors navigated their travels using the stars, sun and more. Discover how islands are formed via underwater volcanoes, and how engineers build ships designed to reach the coldest and most challenging destinations of our planet.
Designated arrival/dismissal times: Drop-off: 9:55am Pick-up: 3pm

Required age: Over 9 years old on the day of the activity
Notes: CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made prior to April 1st will receive a 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per week cancelled. Cancellations made prior to May 1st will receive a 100% credit, minus a $25 administrative fee per week cancelled. Cancellations made prior to June 1st will receive a 50% credit, minus a $25 administrative fee per week cancelled. Any cancellations made after June 1st are not eligible for a refund or credit of any kind, except in the case of an emergency. These situations are considered on a case-by-case basis by SMLI.
Prerequisites: Child must have completed at least 4th grade.
