Explore new horizons with the SMLI staff as they take you on a fantastic summer journey where the woods, pond, beach, and streams of the Leeds Pond Preserve become our main laboratories!  

Campers are sorted into groups based on their age and grade they'll be entering for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note, although we try to accommodate when possible, SMLI cannot gaurentee placement with friends.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • January 15th: Member early access registration
  • February 1st: Registration opens to general public
  • February 23rd: Camp Open House
  • March 15th: Early Bird Pricing Ends 
  • June 15th: Parent Camp Kick-Off (pick up your car tags & extra t-shirts!)
  • Medical Forms Deadline
    • Campers registered for Weeks 1-4: June 1st
    • Campers registered for Weeks 5-8: July 1st

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Week changes: Subject to admin fees - $25 admin fee for changes made before June 1st & $50 admin fee for changes made after June 1st. 
  • Cancellations made before April 1st: receive $100% refund, minus $25 admin fee
  • Cancellations made before May 1st: receive 100% credit, minus $25 admin fee
  • Cancellations made before June 1st: receive 50% credit, minus $25 admin fee
  • Any cancellations made after June 1st are not eligible for a refund or credit of any kind, except in the case of emergency. These situations are considered on a case-by-case basis by SMLI.
