Tumbling
Tumbling is an important aspect of cheerleading. The term tumbling is used to describe gymnastic elements such as cartwheels and Front Tucks. There are two equally important components of tumbling: standing and running.
We offer many levels of programs to fit each athlete’s skill level and needs! Check out our Private tumbling classes, group classes and skill clinics!
Private Classes
Coaches will work one-on-one with an athlete to learn, perfect, and maintain their tumbling skills as well as work towards new skills. These classes are open to athletes of all ages and Skill Levels. Classes times are structure to fit an athlete’s schedule and can vary on length: 30min, 45min and 1 hour. These classes can also be set up with a friend to create a 2:1 coach to athlete ratio.
Group Classes
Our group classes have a maximum of 8 athletes per class and run for 1 hour each. These classes will be skill and age specific (walkovers, handspring, tucks, etc) so each athlete can focus on reaching their goals! we structure our classes to focus on strength, developing good technique, and progression towards new skills!
Skill Clinics
Our Monthly Skill clinics focus on one aspect of Cheerleading, and helping athletes develop stronger fundamental skills. Classes will focus on an area of Tumbling, Jumps or Stunts and provide athletes with drills/ Exercises to perfect, and maintain the Skill (An Example: BackTuck Clinic, or Strength training)
