Description:
CHEERLEADING PRÉ-COMPÉTITIF U12
Cours de groupe visant à apprendre les bases du cheerleading (stunts, tumbling, sauts et danse). Les enfants apprendront une routine qu'ils présenteront à la fin de la session.
L’objectif de ce programme consiste à développer des apprentissage de base, éveiller le sens du spectacle et développer le travail d’équipe. Ce cours est donc le tremplin idéal pour les athlètes d’acquérir une formation adéquate et rencontrer les exigences du programme compétitif.
Les athlètes participeront à une compétition à QUÉBEC le 10 mai 2025 (horaire de l'événement à venir).
Inclus :
- 11 semaines d'entrainement (90 minutes de cheerleading et 30 minutes de tumbling)
- 1 participation à un événement
- 1 chandail de pratique
- 1 chouchou de pratique
