Aerials & Acrobatics, part of our competitive program, focuses on acrobatic movements that enhance both aerial and floor performance. Students will learn dynamic acrobatic skills on the floor that complement their aerial work, adding a creative dimension to their overall performance. The class emphasizes techniques that improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, offering versatile skills that can be seamlessly integrated into floor routines or used as transitions between aerial sequences.

Required age: Over 8 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Clothing We suggest athletic wear such as leggings or joggers that cover the knees and tops that will stay in place when inverted. Absolutely NO zippers, buttons, jewelry or fasteners or any kind on apparatuses. It is for your safety and the safety of the equipment. Participants will not be permitted on the apparatus if not adhering to these rules. Equipment Equipment is provided and shared between classes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment for use.
