Our Flying Pole class welcomes all levels, offering a unique blend of aerial and chinese pole skills that will take you to new heights. Participants will learn to climb, spin, and perform gravity-defying tricks on the suspended pole, which swings and moves through the air. The class focuses on building strength, control, and fluidity, with individualized instruction to cater to both beginners and those with experience. It’s a fun and dynamic way to explore aerial arts! 

 

Each class includes a warm-up, conditioning, focused skill development and strengthening exercises ending with a cool down. Skills are taught progressively with appropriate safety techniques and equipment.

 

Flying (aerial) pole is similar to a chinese pole but suspended from the top.

Notes: Clothing We suggest athletic wear such as leggings or joggers that cover the knees and tops that will stay in place when inverted. Absolutely NO zippers, buttons, jewelry or fasteners or any kind on apparatuses. It is for your safety and the safety of the equipment. Participants will not be permitted on the apparatus if not adhering to these rules. Equipment Equipment is provided and shared between classes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment for use. Missed Classes Missed training or classes cannot be refunded and cannot be made up by attending other training or classes. It is the participants responsibility to know their schedule.

Prerequisites: See age/skill requirements. Previous aerial experience. Ability to invert straddle from the air.
