Description:

This 1.5 hr aerials class forms part of the competitive program (3 classes weekly) and covers advanced dynamic movements on silks, hammock and lyra with targeted flexivility, conditiioning and strength training. This class is for those seeking advanced skills and/or preparation for performances and competitions. 

The full adult competitive program schedule is as follows:

Wednesday: 8:00-9:30pm Friday: 6:30-8:00pm  Saturday - 8:30-10:00am competitive groups acro lessons (1hr each group)

Price: $600.00 Taxes not included

Required age: Over 16 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Clothing We suggest athletic wear such as leggings or joggers that cover the knees and tops that will stay in place when inverted. Absolutely NO zippers, buttons, jewelry or fasteners or any kind on apparatuses. It is for your safety and the safety of the equipment. Participants will not be permitted on the apparatus if not adhering to these rules. Equipment Equipment is provided and shared between classes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment for use.

Prerequisites: Submission of application materials and invitation for admission into program.
