Description:

Aquatica Synchro’s High Performance program is for those athletes who want to compete at a national level and specialize in the sport of artistic swimming.

They have competed previously at the provincial/interprovincial level. Athletes are placed by the coaches according to their age and skill level.

Total time commitment –15 hours per week including 3 hours land and 12 hours water.

NOTE: Strength and Conditioning is now built into programming so that all athletes are progressing together

Notes: Athletes will compete in Manitoba Artistic Swimming Competitions in the 2024 – 2025 year. Please note these dates have not yet been set by Manitoba Artistic Swimming. Generally, there is 1 competition in November, January/February, March and April. All HP Teams attend the National Competition as well as the top 2 solos and duets from Manitoba (as determined at Catherine Kerr Classic in February)

Prerequisites: This program is for athletes born in 2010, 2011 or 2012
