Description:

 Imagine a world where everything has changed, and it’s up to YOU to use science to stay safe and thrive. In this exciting, hands-on adventure, campers use science to survive and thrive in a changed world. Campers will work in teams as they tackle real-world challenges like creating survival gear, building shelters, and purifying water, all while exploring the science behind infectious diseases and how scientists combat dangerous viruses. Through interactive experiments, tool-building, and teamwork, campers will gain essential survival skills and scientific knowledge, preparing them to face any challenge the world throws their way.

Price: $150.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 5 - 13 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: If your child is registered for a HALF DAY, please arrive at the BASIS Flagstaff front office no later than 12:00 p.m. Upon arrival, call the number posted on the front door (480-341-0280) to reach the Offsite Camp Manager. The manager will notify your child’s instructor, and your child will then be released to you.

Prerequisites: Camper should be a rising 1st-6th grader for the 2026/2027 school year.
