Description:

Join us for a month-long learning adventure with CAMP INNOVATION: Homeschool Unit Study - Teen Dissections, specially designed for homeschool students in grades 7-12! Taking place every Thursday in October at Arizona Science Center, this hands-on program provides students in grades 7-12 with interactive, grade-level appropriate science experiences focused on how to properly dissect different organisms. 

Each session begins with an introduction to the featured organism. Students will then explore anatomy and physiology through interactive activities before participating in a guided dissection.

  • Thursday, October 8 – Earthworms
  • Thursday, October 15 – Cow Eyes
  • Thursday, October 22 – Squid
  • Thursday, October 29 – Fetal Pigs

Required age: 12 - 18 years old on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Child should be completing 7th-12th grade school work to register for this age group.
