Description:

Turn up the heat this summer and cool off with the hottest—and iciest—science at CAMP INNOVATION’s Fire & Ice Summer Camp! Young scientists will explore the extremes of temperature through hands-on experiments and exciting STEM adventures, from crafting glowing lava lamps and stretching thermal slime to testing blubber mittens, engineering snowball launchers, and creating “snow” in our fake snow lab. Campers will dive into sizzling investigations in the heat lab, try out desert-friendly ski STEM, and discover nonstop fun in a camp packed with fiery reactions, icy creations, and cool discoveries.

Price: $150.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 5 - 13 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: BASIS Flagstaff will be closed and camp will not be held on Friday, July 3, for federal holiday observance. If your child is registered for a HALF DAY, please arrive at the BASIS Flagstaff front office no later than 12:00 p.m. Upon arrival, call the number posted on the front door (480-341-0280) to reach the Offsite Camp Manager. The manager will notify your child’s instructor, and your child will then be released to you.

Prerequisites: Camper should be a rising 1st-6th grader for the 2026/2027 school year.
