Description:

This level 1 class is the perfect class to start with if you have little to no experience. 

This class will help you develop the basics of tumbling including front and back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and fall to bridge.

There will also be focus on Front and Back Walkovers.

Mandatory membership(s):

• BCA Class Pass - 2 Classes Per Week *plus bonus*
• BCA Class Pass - 1 Class Per Week
• 4 Week Class Trial
