Liability Release:
The Parent/Legal Guardian named above certifies they have authority with the respect to custody and care of the participant and understands Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. is relying on this certification. The Participant and/or the Parent/Legal Guardian gives permission for the participant to participate in any of the following applicable Beach Cheer Athletics activities: competitive team training sessions, competitions, competitive team travel, exhibitions, community events, recreational classes, drop in programs/clinics, camps and/or camp activities, rentals and birthday parties. The legal guardian listed above releases Beach Cheer Athletics Inc., including directors, employees, volunteers, sub-contractors, vendors, from any and all liability from any claim, demand, action or cause of action of any kind arising from any illness, injury or death of the participant as a result directly or indirectly participating in an activity listed above with Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. This indemnity extends to and includes all costs, legal or otherwise, incurred in defending such claims, demand, action or cause of action.

Medical Release:
The Participant and/or the Parent/Legal Guardian herby certify that the Participant does not suffer from any physical, mental, or medical condition that would pose a risk to the Participant while attending or participating in any Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. activities including: competitive team training sessions, competitions, competitive team travel, exhibitions, community events, recreational classes, drop in programs/clinics, camps and/or camp activities, rentals and birthday parties. By submitting and signing this form, I acknowledge that participation in cheerleading and activities with Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. involves certain inherent risks and regardless of the precautions taken, the participant may sustain injuries (minor, serious, catastrophic or fatal). The Parent/Legal Guardian, on his or her own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, herby assume all responsibility for any such risk and releases Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. from any claims, demand, action or cause of action of any kind with respect to such injury. The Parent/Legal Guardian authorizes Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. to provide first aid treatment in event of an injury. If no medial treatment treatment is provided, or if the provided treatment is ineffective, Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. will not be liable in any way. The Parent/Legal Guardian shall be responsible for all costs of any such treatment and indemnifies and holds harmless, Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. or representatives in this regard.

Use of Image:
The Parent/Legal guardian acknowledges that Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. and affiliates from time to time produce video, website content, social media posting, photographs, printed material and voice recordings for promotional or commercial use. The Parent/Legal Guardian, on his or her own behalf, and on the behalf of the participant, acknowledge that the Participant may be included in such recordings as a participant or spectator with Beach Cheer Athletics Inc. and consents to the same. The Parent/Legal Guardian hereby transfer and assigns to Beach Cheer Athletics Inc., the exclusive right to make such recordings and utilize the Participant's image and/or voice for current or future promotional or commercial use.</p>

Refund Policy/Membership Freeze Policy:
Refund Policy Competitive Team Members: If a member withdraws from a competitive team, the tuition portion only from that date forward will be refunded via cheque. All other fees are allocated to competition fees, suppliers, clothing etc. and cannot be refunded. Please submit withdrawal in writing to info@beachcheerathletics.com. A refund will be issued within 15 days via cheque and the account will not longer be charged.

Refund Policy Classes:
Class members can try up to 2 classes risk free. Please inform us in writing to info@beachcheerathletics.com prior to the 3rd class that the participant will not be continuing. A refund will be issued within 15 days via cheque and the account will not longer be charged.

Refund Policy Competitive Team Members:
If a member withdraws from a competitive team, the tuition portion only from that date forward will be refunded via cheque within 30 days. All other fees are allocated to competition fees, suppliers, clothing etc. and cannot be refunded. Please submit withdrawal in writing to info@beachcheerathletics.com

Membership Freeze Policy:
Class memberships can be frozen for up to 8 weeks per membership. Membership Freeze request must be submitted in writing prior to the start of a freeze to info@beachcheerathletics.com. Fees will be billed/charged as per the agreement and time will be added on to the end. Membership freezes are for a minimum of 3 weeks. Single class absences can be made up during the membership agreement time by attending a make-up class by contacting the office to schedule.. Individual classes will not be added to the end of the membership.

Make-Up Policy/Class Cancellation Policy
Make-up Policy: Class members will be permitted to schedule a make up during the membership if space permits and must be pre-arranged. Please contact Beach Cheer Athletics to confirm space for a make-up session and schedule. Single absences will not be added to the end of a membership. Competitive team practices do not receive make-ups.

Class Cancellation Policy: Classes may be cancelled due to holidays, scheduled gym closures, inclement weather and other reasons. Class Memberships may schedule a make-up or opt to add the session to the end of the membership. Please contact Beach Cheer Athletics to arrange during the membership.
