We take great care to provide these Swimming Lessons for Women Only.
All of our Women Only Swimming Lessons are taught by a female instructor and all windows are covered. Only female staff are allowed in the pool area.

Prerequisites: This is an intermediate level class. Prior swimming experience is required! Please sign up for this class if you can already handle the basics and are ready to work on the following: Deep end skills Stroke development Building endurance to a full length of the pool
