Adult Monthly Membership

• paid monthly via ACH or Credit Card
• ages 29-64

This membership is for:

Two adults, at least one adult MUST be age 65 or older, both living in the same household.

Proof of residency for all adults on the membership must be presented at time of activation or on first visit.

Youth monthly membership

Ages 8-18 (or still in High School)

Single Adult Monthly Membership

• paid monthly via ACH or Credit Card
• ages 19-29

Senior Adult annual Membership

• paid annually via ACH or Credit Card
• ages 65+

This membership is for:

Three or more adults 19+ and all dependent children.
All members must live in the same household.
Dependent children are those that can be claimed on the adults tax return.
