Become a Bus Stop Club member! Register your 5 to 15 year old child as a Bus Stop Club Member. This form is to be completed by parent/legal guardian on behalf of your child(ren) who are between the ages of 5 to 15 and have a sibling with a chronic illness or special needs. All of our services, programs, and activities are FREE of charge.
