A family membership to CDNBCA comprises a maximum of 2 adults who have the guardianship (living at the same residence) of a maximum of 2 children between the ages of 5-17 years old.

This membership is for seniors age 55 years old and up. The duration is 12 months from the purchase date

This membership is for youth between the ages of 0-17 years old.

This membership is for adults between the ages of 18-54 years old.

The Group membership is extended to partner organization who wish to become members of CDNBCA. *Only groups accepted as official partners of CDNBCA are eligible for group membership.

Become a Corporate Member of the CDNBCA ($500/year), which:

• Entitles you to a charitable receipt
• Provides an annual opportunity for your organization to volunteer at a CDNBCA event
• Will spotlight your organization on CDNBCA platforms
• Will pay for one youth, one senior and one adult membership for the year • Allows your membership
  to additionally support any selected stream (starting value of $1000)
