Step into the world of one of the most iconic cocktails ever created: The Martini. This hands-on experience combines history, technique, and flavor exploration to elevate your cocktail confidence. Whether you’re a gin devotee, a vodka enthusiast, or just love discovering new tastes, this class will teach you how to craft martinis like a pro - and impress every guest at your next gathering. Participants will learn when to “shake vs. stir,” how to select the right spirit, ways to balance flavor and aroma, garnishing techniques, and modern variations to create seasonal twists. Featured cocktails will include the classic Dry Martini, the Dirty Martini, The Vesper (made famous by James Bond), and seasonal martini variations.

Programs that include food, beverage or art materials must be canceled within three (3) weeks prior in order to receive a refund. CLE reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment has not been met or for circumstances beyond our control, and participants will be notified, a complete refund will be issued. All classes are held in the CLE Lecture Hall at the Peggy Crosby Center unless otherwise noted. Addresses for “private home” venues will be provided to registrants within 2 days of the program date.
