Elevate your “spirits,” (see what we did there?) with this exciting, handson mixology workshop! Join CLE’s favorite mixologist and founder of Farm2Cocktail, Carlton Chamblin, as he guides you through his approach to the art, science, and fun of mixology! The basics will be covered, but this program is anything but! Carlton will keep participants energized and engaged throughout the learning process, and by the end of the evening, everyone will have mastered at least three balanced signature cocktails/ mocktails, perfect for any occasion! All ingredients and tools will be provided for this class — simply show up and be ready to have a fabulous time!

Carlton Chamblin is a native of Birmingham, AL with backgrounds in art history and product marketing. He has taken his love of bartending and hospitality to new heights with Farm2Cocktail, a cocktail mixer and mobile bartending company. Carlton is dedicated to developing mixology-made-easy products using all natural ingredients.

Notes: Cancellation Policy Please let us know immediately if you are unable to attend a class. There is no refund for cancellations within two (2) weeks prior to a scheduled class. Programs that include food, beverage or art materials must be canceled within three (3) weeks prior to receive a refund. CLE reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment has not been met or for circumstances beyond our control, and participants will be notified, a complete refund will be issued. All classes are held in the CLE Lecture Hall at the Peggy Crosby Center unless otherwise noted. In the event information has changed from the published brochure, it will be posted on our website and in our e-blasts. Addresses for “private home” venues will be provided to registrants within 2 days of the program date.
